Are the programs made specifically for me?

Yes they are designed specifically for you dependent on your goals and current situation.

Do I need a gym membership or fancy equipment?

We will work with what you have available to you. We will discuss where you will train and your current situation. Progress can still made with minimal equipment.

Do I have to track everything I do?

It’s recommended that you track your training & nutrition so we can both keep track of your progress especially at check ins. We are then able to adjust things if you get stuck or are struggling in any area. Guessing never works!

Will I be able to contact you between check ins if I need help?

Yes, with the all inclusive programs I will be available to help you via chat or email.

How often do you change Training programs?

Training programs are changed monthly as long as you have been consistent. Unless there is a reason like injury then we will adjust it earlier if needed.

How often do you change the nutrition plan?

Nutrition plans will be monitored and changed in conjunction with check ins. If changes are happening consistently there will be no need to change the plan. Consistency is key.
